A consultation is essential if you have a history of box dye, home colouring, artificial pigments, or previous colour corrections, as these can significantly affect both the process and the final result. Where required, a test strand may be performed during your consultation. This is designed to assess the strength, integrity, and behaviour of your hair, allowing us to plan the safest and most effective approach and ensure the best possible outcome before proceeding with any major colour service. Consultation fee is $25, and is fully redeemable on future services when booked within 3 months. This appointment is designed to set realistic expectations, protect the health of your hair, and create a personalised plan with clarity and confidence.
