Booking Policies & Salon Guidelines

At Studio C & Co, we are committed to providing an exceptional experience for every guest. To ensure the smooth running of our salon and to respect the time of both our team and our clients, we kindly ask you to familiarise yourself with the following policies prior to booking.

All prices listed are a guide. A personalized quote will always be provided during your in-salon consultation for your approval prior to your service commencing.
 

All prices are inclusive of GST and are subject to change without notice.


To secure an appointment, new guests are required to pay a 50% deposit at the time of booking.

For future appointments, clients must either;

a) provide credit card details encrypted and securely stored by Stripe, a leading global payment provider - Studio C & Co. does not have direct access to your card information* or,

b) pay an advanced deposit.

Your deposit will be deducted from the total service cost on the day of your appointment.


We understand that sometimes plans change.
 

We require a minimum of 2 business days' notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
 

Cancellations, no-shows, or changes to services made within 2 business days of the scheduled appointment will result in a 50% fee of the original booking value.
 

This includes cancellations or reductions of services on arrival.
 

In the case of no-showing your appointment, the 50% fee will be automatically processed using the card on file or deposit paid.


We accept cash, all major debit/credit cards, and Zip Pay cards.
 

A 1.6% processing fee applies to all card payments.
 

Please note: AfterPay is not accepted.


All new guests are required to complete a pre-appointment form, which will be sent via email prior to your visit.
 

This form must be completed and signed before your appointment. The form outlines important salon policies, including health and safety standards, liability information, and consent preferences.


At Studio C & Co, we are proud to showcase our work across our website and social media platforms - your consent will be requested on your pre-appointment form. If you choose to opt out, we fully respect your privacy.


Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service. Late arrivals of 15 minutes or more may result in a shortened service or rescheduling at the stylist’s discretion.


For all appointment queries, please contact us during business hours via phone call at 0423 524 196. Social media messages are not monitored for appointment management.


The longevity of your colour relies heavily on professional products, correct home care, and maintenance appointments. Studio C & Co. is not responsible for issues arising from use of non-recommended products or failure to follow aftercare advice.
