Booking Policies & Salon Guidelines

At Studio C & Co, we are committed to providing an exceptional experience for every guest. To ensure the smooth running of our salon and to respect the time of both our team and our clients, we kindly ask you to familiarise yourself with the following policies prior to booking.

All prices listed are a guide. A personalised quote will always be provided during your in-salon consultation for your approval prior to your service commencing.
 

All prices are inclusive of GST and are subject to change without notice.


To secure an appointment, new guests are required to pay a 50% deposit at the time of booking.

For future appointments, clients must either:

a) provide encrypted credit card details securely stored by Stripe (Studio C & Co. does not have direct access to your card information) or,

b) pay a 50% deposit in advance.

Your deposit will be deducted from the total service cost on the day of your appointment.


We understand that plans can change.

We kindly require a minimum of 2 full business days’ notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

  • Cancellations, changes, or no-shows within this notice period will incur a 50% fee of the original booking value.
  • This includes reducing booked services on the day.
  • Fees will be automatically processed using the card on file or deposit paid.
  • If you fail to attend your appointment without notice, all future bookings will be cancelled in the interest of protecting our team’s time.

Please do not attend your appointment if you are unwell. If you arrive visibly unwell, we reserve the right to refuse service in the interest of staff safety — the 50% cancellation fee will still apply.


We accept cash, all major debit/credit cards, and Zip Pay cards. A 1.6% processing fee applies to all card payments. Please note: AfterPay is not accepted.


All new guests must complete a pre-appointment form, emailed prior to your visit.

This form includes important salon policies, health and safety standards, consent preferences, and liability information. It must be completed and signed before your appointment.


We love showcasing our work across our website and social media platforms!


Your consent will be requested via your pre-appointment form. If you choose to opt out, we fully respect your privacy.


Punctuality is essential to ensure you receive your full service.

A grace period of up to 15 minutes is permitted. Arrivals later than this may result in:

  • A shortened service, or
  • Rescheduling at the stylist’s discretion.

If your appointment cannot proceed due to lateness, the 50% cancellation fee will apply.


For all appointment-related queries, please contact us via phone during business hours at 0423 524 196. Social media messages are not monitored for appointment management.


The longevity of your colour depends on the use of professional products, correct home care, and regular maintenance appointments.


Studio C & Co. cannot guarantee results if non-recommended products are used or aftercare advice is not followed.


We want you to absolutely love your hair. If you have any concerns with the result of your service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment.

  • Redo services must be booked with the original stylist who performed the service.
  • The service must be something that deviates from the agreed consultation outcome — not a change of mind.
  • Any issues resulting from incorrect home care, failure to follow aftercare advice, or changes made by another stylist/salon will not be covered under our redo policy.

Our goal is to ensure you’re happy — please reach out so we can make it right.


To maintain a calm and relaxing environment for all guests, we kindly ask that only clients receiving services attend appointments unless otherwise arranged.

While we love little ones, our space is not childproof, and hot tools and chemicals and sharp equipment can be hazardous. We appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain a peaceful salon atmosphere.
